Job Overview
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will provide outstanding guest services by responding to incoming guest calls and inquiries in a friendly manner. This successful candidate will be able to provide information on reservation availability and billing information. We will rely on you to actively listen to our owners and guests needs and resolve questions concerning their accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Answer in-bound telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Taking reservations, customer service and processing payments.
Assist with outbound courtesy reservation and collection calls.
Gain specific detailed knowledge of all reservation rules.
Verify all transactions are handled professionally and accuratley in system.
Maintain security standards while handling owners and guests personal information.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Must maintain a professional Can-Do, positive attitude towards all owner, guests and staff.
Skills
Excellent communication skills-oral and written.
Excellent guest service skills.
Minimum one-year guest services experience in a customer service, hospitality, or call center environment.
Ability to to think, work and make independent decision based on sound judgement.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Experience in Microsoft Office and email communication.
