Job Overview
We are currently seeking a full time customer service rep to work with our sales team!
The Customer Care team handles all internet leads for the sales department, schedules appointments, makes outgoing calls to customers who inquire online for our new and used vehicles, along with several other tasks.
The positions duties include the following, according to department guidelines and policies:
Responsible for handling incoming sales leads with professionalism and care.
Responsible for initiating calls & emails to potential customers using the provided guides.
Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls and emails to sales customers, spending approximately 80% of activities on the phone, text & email.
Works as support for the Sales Department to provide highest level of customer service to all customers. This will make up approximately 20% of the position's responsibilities.
Position involves building great relationships and working hand and hand with the sales team to provide an unmatched experience for our customers.
Must be able to consistently self-manage, self-motivate, and multi-task.
Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
