Contract/Temp to Hire

LHH is partnering with a company in the Triad that is searching for a Customer Care Represntative to join their growing team! This position is M-F 8-5, fully onsite and contract-to-hire paying $18-20/hr. depending on experience. Prior B2B Customer Service experience is required for this role and Oracle experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for specific client accounts/answer any incoming calls or emails from assigned clients
  • Enter new orders into Oracle and verify specifications
  • Communicate with internal departments such as purchasing, inventory, and shipping and receiving to confirm product is in stock and estimated ship/delivery dates
  • Relay any necessary updates to client in real time (increased lead times, delayed shipping dates, lack of inventory, etc.)
  • Update order documents and send for invoicing once delivered


  • Qualifications:

  • Must have prior B2B customer service and/or account management experience, preferably within a furniture or manufacturing company. Call center experience will not translate for this role.
  • Oracle and Excel experience preferred, but any ERP experience accepted
  • Must have strong communication skills and strong attention to detail
