MTM is looking for Customer Care Representatives! Office is located at: 750 Pilot Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119 Next Training Class: November & December 2022 All candidates must be able to attend a 3 week paid training from 8:00am - 4:30pm PST Available Shifts: 9:30am - 6:00 pm PST Mon - Fri (In Office) Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour All you need for the Customer Care Representative role is: 1 year of Customer Service experience. Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills What you will be doing: The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of Medical Transportation Management (MTM). The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative's skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
