Key Responsibilities Of Customer Care Coordinator Include The Following

• Answer incoming phone calls, assisting customers and other callers.
• Follow up with each new lead until they either convert to an appointment or a next step is developed.
• Respond to email inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Work with sales consultants and the marketing team to uncover new lead generation connections.
• Assist customers with identifying funding sources for products.
• Maintain customer information in the system.
• ReVisit calls to build an appointment pipeline with existing leads. Track results - # of calls to appointments with a target of generating 2-5 appointments/month.
• Respond to web inquiries (including live chat).

Requirements: Requirements

Our ideal Customer Care Coordinator candidate will have the following qualifications:

• At least two years' customer service, sales, or marketing experience, including telephone use.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to juggle phone calls and computer tasks.
• Active, empathetic and comprehensive listening skills.
• Self motivated and goal oriented.
• Experience with Google Workspace and client relationship management (CRM) system.
• Experience with seniors or people with disabilities is a plus, Customer service attitude is a must.
