Customer Care Associate

Prefer local candidates to Greensboro, NC,

Customer Order from SAP into S4
Track Order Shipped Status
Close out Order Delivery in S4
Create Notes in SAP B1
Send to Carol to create Customer Invoice
Send Invoice to customers
Pricing and Delivery Requests
Lead Times - Report pending for access
Order Status - Report pending for access
Manage Phones/Chat (daily)
Customer Care activities - 40 + cases a day
Should possess intermediate computer skills, able to navigate/toggle between multiple screens/platforms, strong attention to details.
