About the Position:
Robert Madden Industries is seeking a motivated, energetic, and qualified professional to join the Technical Services Department.
Qualifications
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to dealers/contractors and customers to analyze, recommend solutions to, and resolve problems concerning equipment installation and operation
Training dealer/contractor personnel
Facilitating resolution of consumer complaints
Warranty administration and post-sales support
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications, Attributes, Education, and/or Experience:
Two-year HVAC/HVACR technical degree plus 5 years of appropriate fieldwork experience in installation, service, and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC systems or a minimum of 10 years of appropriate fieldwork experience.
Should possess advanced skills and extensive troubleshooting HVAC/HVACR installation and maintenance problems
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills for dealing effectively with dealers/contractors and customers
Demonstrated teaching ability
Enjoy working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Computer Skills:
Strong computer skills and familiarity with general personal computer software applications
Travel Requirements:
Dealer visits
Job site visits
Additional travel throughout the distributorship's market territory as necessary to meet job responsibilities
