Customer Service Representatives who love building solid customer relationships will be interested in Robert Half 's new position. This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and is a long-term contract / temporary engagement. The position will be based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

- Receive and place telephone calls

- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - Less than one year of experience

- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

- Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

- Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
