YOUR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for supporting existing Aeroflow Urology patients who receive necessary incontinence supplies and catheters, as well as onboarding new patients based on direct leads. This will involve spending a large percentage of your day answering and returning phone calls to confirm customer information, product needs, and verifying insurance documentation. Other tasks include researching insurance payer requirements, learning and understanding reimbursement procedures, account maintenance, answering billing questions, and troubleshooting equipment problems. Must be comfortable communicating with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies. Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality. Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
