This is a Contract to Hire opportunity (Not Temp To Hire) with a high end residential custom cabinet design and fabrication shop. They also are vested in a few other markets outside of just residential such as commercial cabinetry, fixtures, and now granite as well. So They've racked up a vast amount of work. Our clients' team of cabinet makers and woodworkers are highly skilled individuals, who day after day produce unique cabinets for commercial applications. We are Looking for a highly skilled cabinetmaker who understands high-quality woodwork, OR someone that enjoys a challenge and who is not afraid to take on something new and takes pride in their work.
Primary responsibilities:
- Work in custom cabinet shop producing high-end cabinets
- Using/installing/adjusting all types of cabinet hardware
- Use all types of wood working machinery from hand held power tools to fixed floor mounted machinery
- Read shop 0drawings/blueprints
Who we are looking for:
- Highly Skilled Custom Cabinetmaker/Craft person, OR someone that enjoys a challenge, has experience working with their hands, and who is not afraid to take on something new and takes pride in their work.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-end woodworking facility
- Organized and motivated
- Attention to detail
- Well versed in high-end custom woodwork
- Able to work independently but knows when to ask for help
