Terran Orbital Corporation is seeking a Custodian to join our team.
Reporting to the Sr. Facilities Manager, we are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for custodial members that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean the assigned area which could be an Office Building, Warehouse, Cleanrooms, Labs and other facilities as needed.
Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties.
Stocking snacks and cleaning up after catered meals.
Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Previous custodial/ cleaning experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to frequently lift, push and slide items that typically weigh up to 50lbs, and may weigh up to 70lbs
Energy and passion to invent and create new solutions, challenge the status quo and drive positive change
Ability and willingness to go above and beyond one's comfort zone when it comes to learning about other
