We are looking for a Custodial Engineer - Building Maintenance who will be responsible for the cleaning, care of our properties in Manchester and Barrington, NH facilities to ensure minimum downtown and a safe operation. Duties include but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities
Mow and maintain the lawns
Clean windows
Clean floors
Clean bathrooms
Remove trash from trash bins at each person desk
Run the plow and loader for snow removal.
Reports any Safety Concern to Manager
Keep cleaning supplies stocked at appropriate levels.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED desired.
0-3+ years experience in cleaning or maintenance activities.
Possession of a valid driver's license and/or have access to transportation for statewide travel.
Good communicatin skills
