Job Overview
Position Summary
Working under the CSR Supervisor this position monitors and manages CSR requests for KPI and inventory accuracy
• Manage Andon for KPI improvement
• Report overdue issues and assist in root cause analysis to supervisor and storage control clerk
• Escalate material not found to storage control clerk and supervisor
• Manage early MDU requests
• Manage AAA requests and anticipate needs and communicate to takt control clerk
• Report FCO and consumable requests to supervisor
• Track CSR fails and report to Steven and logistics coordinators
• Constant communication with Airbus logistics coordinators
• Monitor scheduled requests are fulfilled on time
• Focus on Urgent request fulfillment to improve KPI
• Manage Routine request fulfillment to improve KPI
• Communicate issues to supervisor for passdown and outstanding work
• Participate in management KPI meetings on request
• Accountable for closing Andon requests on time for KPI
• Coach CSR team members to improve abilities
• Respect of put Away process
• Check zoning compliance
• Share standards & best practices
• Safety habits
Profile
The ideal candidate will posses:
• Technical: Fundamental knowledge of Logistics operations, ERP functionality (SAP) and strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Behavior: Autonomous, rigorous, and problem solver. Also diligent, consistent and pedagogue
• Experience in warehouse and inventory management is required
• Aviation experience is a plus
Minimum Requirements
• 18 years of age or older
• GED/High School Diploma
• Able to drive a forklift
• Must disclose all relatives currently employed at Daher Aerospace
• Must disclose all previous applications with or employment by
Airbus or any contractors to Airbus
