We are looking for a Crew Member for our Olathe, Kansas location who takes pride in their work and shows commitment to their team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, hard work ethic, green industry product knowledge, and enjoys completing tasks safely and accurately.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
Basic knowledge of green products
Ability to follow verbal instructions
Ability to coordinate with a team and be a positive member of a team
Ability to use tools and equipment to complete tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Work safely and work hard
Perform general nursery tasks such as planting, pruning, hoeing, staking, moving product, loading, etc.
Complete work orders using the processes and procedures implemented by the area leaders
Handle and care for the product utilizing standard processes and procedures
Promote and maintain a safe work environment
Education and Experience Requirements:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required: 1-3 years' experience working in an outdoor physical environment; preferably in the green industry
