This position is expected to begin in January, 2023. Job Responsibilities: Create and maintain project schedules for new projects using Primavera P6 Assist in creating new project budget information in Unifier and Oracle software and oversee budgets and cost information Maintain schedules and budget/estimates for accurate weekly and monthly reporting on SQL server; and analyzes budget variances on construction projects and reclassifies project costs. Using Unifier, assist and collaborate with project managers on project and construction estimates and budget trends, processes ROCs, A/E design and construction NTPs, check requests, pre-bid construction form request and change orders. Setting up and administering project cost control, including monitor and analyze actual costs, commitments. Evaluate tasks progress against project schedule and budget. Evaluate project performance and identify areas of concern Assist the Project Manager with developing Estimate to Complete costs Assist in the closeout process of projects with other departments. Work closely with Project Management to determine required deliverables and expected dates to achieve closeout Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Proficiency in P6 and Unifier software. Valid Driver's License Required Must be able to pass client required screenings to include LiveScan Preferred Qualifications Additional Information: Relocation is not available for this position.
