Cost Estimator
Round Rock, TX

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (depending on experience)

Valex Corp's newest location in Round Rock, Texas is looking to add a Cost Estimator to the team. You will perform 40-50 quotes per day in order to support customer requests, you will develop BOM's and shop floor routers, and you will perform all other duties pertaining to the position.

Qualifications The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience working in an industrial environment,
• 3+ years of cost estimating experience in a high volume quoting environment, and
• experience with ERP software (preferably QAD).

Preferred qualifications include:

• B.S. degree in Manufacturing or Engineering,
• 2 years experience with 6S, Lean, and Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment,
• fluency in Windows and Solid Works/ACAD.
