We are looking for a driven and curious Cost Controls Professional in Orlando/Sanford, FL, to support our Construction Management Team on the Seminole County Tax Referendum Program. As our Cost Controls Professional, you will be a key member on our program management team. In this role, you'll be interacting with engineering and construction to help program and plan schedules, understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact project costs and schedules. Here's What You'll Need: At least 10 years of Cost Control experience Expert level experience in Excel based Cost Control Degree in a related field A thorough understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices Constructability and value engineering analysis experience with regard to cost management and schedules Claims analysis and change order experience Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management) Ideally, here's what you'll also have: Ability to develop cost / schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written, and verbally.
