Description:

Large food manufacturer is seeking Continuous Improvement Managers. Position reports to Regional Continuous Improvement Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage continuous improvement program for company
• Initiate improvement events
• Work with the plants on plant level initiatives
• Report results to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
• 1+ years' experience in quality systems and continuous improvement management in a food manufacturing facility
• USDA background a plus
• Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, etc experience

Company will provide relocation package.
