8 hour shift (Full-Time)
Day shift 6:30 am -3:00 pm
Monday to Friday
$19.00 per hour
Weekly Pay
$50 weekly allowance after 60 days
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Skilled in carpentry, restoration and rehabilitation.
Skilled in concrete forming and finishing, stucco application.
Skilled in drywall installation and finish, aluminum-steel and hand railing installation and repair.
Skilled in all forms of labor that are necessary for the completion of construction projects.
Must be willing to learn and develop new skills.
Able to handle laborious and repetitive manual tasks.
Skilled laborer must have basic knowledge of construction site tools and ability to use them safely.
Experience with all safety practices.
Knowledgeable in the proper operation of aerial lifts, ladders, or other heavy equipment utilized in the construction trade.
Maintain tools, equipment, shop and work areas
Ability to adapt to changes in working environment and conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and good follow up skills.
Ability to work as a team member.
Education & Experience
High School graduate/GED equivalent or other construction work related experience.
Able to read, write and understand English. Bi-lingual helpful.
A minimum of three years' experience is preferred with all phases of construction and repair techniques, preferably in a residential community environment.
Certifications & Licenses
A valid Florida Driver's License is required with acceptable driving history
