Ability to multi-task in fast paced manufacturing/construction environment

Be able to read and properly use a tape measure

Read engineering and architectural drawings, sketches, and work specifications to be performed, and lay out, measure and mark sheet metal/construction products according to drawings or templates

Install and use rigging and hoisting equipment

Install sheet metal and construction products according to specifications and building codes

Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough surfaces

Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to specifications.

Sheet metal work, framing, block/brick, painting and general building trade experience preferred.

Reduce scrap

Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

No travel required

Good attendance record is a must
