Solid home construction experience including, but not limited to: Roofing Carpentry Painting (interior and exterior) Flooring, replacement and repair Installing kitchen cabinets, counter tops, sinks and faucets Drywall repair and install along with mud work Window and door repair and installation Strong knowledge and experience in electrical Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
