The Opportunity:

The B&I team is seeking a Surveyor, to report to the Construction Superintendent, for its daily operations at our Dublin, CA site (Gramercy). We anticipate that this person will work in the field the majority of the day but also perform analysis of collected data and generation of processes and as-builts. The Surveyor will be responsible for surveying multiple foundations as they are constructed and verifying wall positions. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background or be a licensed surveyor, but is not required with the right experience.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Total Station
• Lidar Point Cloud survey and analysis
• Autocad
• Hilti Software
• Revit Software
• Any certifications on aforementioned software/hardware a plus
• Locating and marking control lines

• Analysis of survey data
• Creating processes for verifications and survey
• Producing as-built drawings based on survey results
