The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the construction projects and supervising field personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attending meetings, taking minutes, receiving project documents, and compiling a summary that includes a project plan, target date, and list of responsibilities by individuals on the project team.
• Follows established technical specifications to prepare drawings.
• Consults with management regarding model accuracy, design, and drafting standards.
• Verify Construction Technicians' timelines for estimated completion dates and assist when necessary.
• Communicate installation updates, delays, and difficulties with the Construction Manager.
• Responsible for gathering the information and materials needed to coordinate the project.
• Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Construction Technicians/field personnel
and their productivity as it relates to the success of the project.
• Material handling and delivering.
• Responsible for the safety of oneself and team members.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years experience in the Telecom field preferred.
• 2-3 years in Construction preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA training a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products. (Excel, SharePoint, Visio)
• Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
Typical office hours with the exceptions brought on by meeting the client's requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Driving, riding, standing and typical office environment.
Pay Definition/Metrics:
Exempt - Salaried $60,000 - $65,000
