Our client is a General Contractor headquartered in Virginia. They are looking to hire a Construction Superintendent to work in Richmond with a focus on ground up Commercial Construction Projects.

Experience and Skills you need:

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• Ground up Commercial project experience preferred
• Provide daily oversight and site logistics
• Coordination with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, and Owners
• Manage all sub-trades
• Create and review project schedules
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Salary and Benefits Package
