Your Day-to-Day Role as a Commerical Construction Superintendent

  • Our Superintendents maintain consistent and effective communication with project managers and the general superintendent throughout each project.
  • You'll prepare, manage and update the project schedule and activity sequence/duration along with procurement of needed items, tools, and equipment.
  • Effectively review plans and specifications for constructability and construction schedules and advise the project team of issues or deficiencies.
  • Provide a safe working environment for your team by ensuring job safety requirements are understood and implemented by all project personnel and trade contractors.
  • Typical work hours are 6:30AM-3:00PM
