• Manage your team of contractors to build to build top quality custom designed homes to our customers needs throughout Columbus. Create the best built homes by running an organized schedule and ensuring detailed quality standards to create the best home building experience for your customers.
• Work with home owners daily to provide the best experience in custom home building
• Coordinate the daily activities to complete the schedule on time
• Train, Coordinate, and Inspect work of contractors to ensure quality standards
• Efficiently manage an organized construction schedule daily
• Drive from home site to home site to conduct inspections and train contractors daily
• Responsible for managing Punch-out and Laborers
• Responsible for managing relationships with sub-contractors.

This position would be a true Consultant opportunity where you will be working through Actalent Services as a consultant supporting the construction firm. As a consultant you will receive hourly pay, benefits/insurance, holiday pay, PTO.
