1st Lake Properties is adding a Construction Superintendent to assist our Teams with apartment interior renovations. The qualified applicant will have a strong background in carpentry and construction. Multi-family renovation experience is preferred.

What you will do:

Supervise a team of Carpenters
Prepare the scope of work for apartment interior renovations
Manage work being conducted in occupied apartments
Properly order and receive the necessary supplies and materials
Properly monitor inventories and budgets
Completion of reports in Microsoft Office programs
Document status of project with digital photographs as needed

What we need:

A strong knowledge of carpentry and installation methods
Knowledgeable of OSHA and safety laws
Ability to effectively use a computer and required software
Ability to monitor and respond to multiple scopes of work occurring simultaneously
Ability to forecast scheduling challenges and present possible solutions
Effective and responsive verbal and written communication skills
