Role
An opportunity to take charge of projects and successfully lead a team.
Create and manage project construction schedules for the duration of the project and report project status to the Director of Field Operations at requested intervals
Manage the development at the field level through regular site visits and meetings with vendors as needed for the implementation and overseeing all aspects of the development process.
Supervise total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives and subcontractors.
Provide technical assistance: interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc.
Candidate
Should be able to lead and manage projects.
Construction Industry experience.
Prior background as a Superintendent or Foreman with Carpentry experience.
Based in Southern California (LA most ideal area).
Able to travel extensively around the Southern California area.
