Secard Pools is one of the largest swimming pool builders in Southern California. We also sell spas, swim spas, above ground pools and pool accessories through our six retail locations.

We have an immediate opening on our scheduling team to help customers coordinate their swimming pool construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Work with customers and the sales team to coordinate new construction and renovation projects from start to finish

Communicate with field supervisors and field staff

Schedule construction phases

Communicate with city and county officials coordinating field inspections

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Self-Starter

Strong customer service skills

Strong organizational skills

Problem solving

Microsoft Office

Google Suite and Gmail

Construction background

Ability to work as a team

Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
