CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Philadelphia Area construction company is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to add to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management of construction teams.

Interact directly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other partners as the project's primary contact at LMC. Facilitate good working relationships between all parties.

Provide pre-construction planning, accountability, and follow-through.

Manage project budget, monthly reporting and payment applications.

Develop, maintain and enforce project schedules.

Provide oversight and guidance to Project Engineers and manage contract administration processes.

Assist in estimating, subcontractor selection & contract negotiations.

Review architectural documents for completeness and constructability.

Provide problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Ensure customer service and client satisfaction at all stages.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Prior construction experience as must

Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints and construction-related documents

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Professional attitude and experience

Attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills

Time-management and multitasking skills
