Job Description
Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Global Retail team. This role is responsible for the overall management of retail development projects during all phases of store design, permitting, and contractor-build functions for all project types, including refreshes, remodels, expansions, relocations, and new store openings, through ensuring that all projects are completed on time. In addition, this role will work in collaboration with the Retail Development team and all field business partners/owners to achieve business goals and project objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Const. Mgmt, Real Estate, or other related disciplines preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant business work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Project or program management certification is preferred.
Candidates should have the ability to produce high quality, on time and on budget project completion; Demonstrated business acumen, Critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills; Ability to constructively challenge the status quo; Strong interpersonal, collaboration, mentoring, and leadership skills; Demonstrated ability to openly communicate with people at all levels of the organization, strong written and oral communication skills; The ability to identify opportunities to contribute or improvement and acts on it appropriately; Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
This role is a hybrid work arrangement.
