Job Overview
Essential Job Duties:
Coordinate internal and external resources for the execution of new APO store openings
Document task results, timelines, standards, and milestones
Assist on site with coordination between APO and municipalities for permitting, obtaining licenses, etc.
Define problems as they occur internally and externally
Analyze and identify viable solutions to problems and risks to the project
Negotiate costs with vendors, schedules, changes, assignments, and resources related to the project
Spearhead CAPEX projects related to current store operations across the country
Assist with identifying and developing new opportunities for the APO division
Initiate and support the continual improvement and growth of APO
Assumes other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Project Management
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong trouble shooting, decision making, and time management skills
Excellent team and personal management skills.
Must be customer service oriented.
