Job Description

$72-84k salary with truck allowance:

• Must be able to follow directions and interact with all levels of management working on the project
• Responsible for buyouts of scopes (dynamics and the process)
• Will need to do document control which includes RFI's, submittals and meeting minutes
• Logistics planning
• Project planning/organization
• Generate Scheduling
• Scope analysis/development/review
• Provide technical support to construction staff
• Monitor costs and project progress
• Under guidance of APM
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external record keeping requirements
• Proficiency in Procore preferred but not required
