Description:

• Work with their assigned Concrete Team Integra in communicating at the highest level with clients, architects, engineers, design partners, subcontractors, trades and internal staff.

• Assists Project Manager with coordination of commercial projects ensuring the non-compromise quality, schedule management, safety and budget control.

• Coordinates and Reviews the shop drawings and submittals

• Interfaces with the Architect's Representative on shop drawings and submittals

• Establishes and follows up on delivery dates for long lead time items and expediting material orders

• Coordinates with the Warranty Manager for coalition of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for equipment to be turned over to the Owner at project end and review of as-built drawings.

• As applicable, the ability to manage multiple projects at various locations concurrently.

• Manages and sets client expectations and professionally addresses concerns or issue escalation.
