Our client is a major refinery in the Commerce City, CO area serving the fuel transportation and aviation fuel needs of the western United States.

They are looking for a Construction Manager who has managed industrial projects in the hundreds of millions range.

• This person would be working with a portfolio of about 27 projects in total of hundreds of millions range
• Ideal candidate would have experience in projects ranging from few billion or working a few hundred million - need large scale projects experience.
• They need to have been out of having directly doing the work and on the management side of things - experience from the front end to start up
• Experience where they were involved in developing plans, work packages, etc.
• They want someone who has acted as an owners rep - they will be doing the QA/QC oversite, ensuring it is carried out.
• Duration - Until Dec 2024, but could turn into longer
• Software - well versed Microsoft. If they have P6 or experience in Microsoft project it would be a plus
• Familiar with AWP process
