As a Construction Manager you are responsible for managing all our construction -related activities. You also ensure all construction workers are always following our established procedures and safety protocols, ensure that the electrical phases of the construction operations are running smoothly and perform various duties from bidding, and team training to scheduling, finances of the department.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the electrical phase of construction projects to meet deadlines
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with builders ;Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
• Interpret and explain plans/ blueprints and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers and clients
• Direct and supervise electrical construction team
• Active Electrical Contracting License in the Limited, Intermediate or Unlimited license classifications preferred or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment
