All you need is an Associate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred with minimum eight (8) years industry experience and minimum three (3) years experience in managing construction projects preferably in a public or academic setting.

Compensation:

The minimum salary for this position is $59,968 with annual increases.
