The ideal candidate will work with the Real Estate team in project planning, budgeting, and execution of project meeting deadlines and objective. This position will provide management, guidance, and due diligence on a wide variety of development projects and cursory monitoring of partnership interests related to the construction oversight of developments. The Construction Manager should be able to work well independently, possess strong communication skills, be a creative problem solver, project a positive and motivating attitude, and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Planner. Experience with estimating and managing apartment renovations, residential construction and/or property management is preferred, but not required. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management 5+ years of experience; multi-family preferred Understanding of building systems, design, construction, and related management strategies Experience managing $20+ million in multi-family (garden and podium) ground-up project experience - infinity, prescient, or other modular construction method is a plus Experience in bidding, interviewing, and contracting with architects, engineers and other design and testing consultants This position may travel up to 50%.
