We are currently looking for skilled laborers to work on our commercial construction projects throughout Indianapolis, IN metro area. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic. Previous commercial construction experience is preferred.

Position Responsibilities
We are accepting applications for full time Skilled Laborers to join our self-performance construction team.

Comply with Company Safety Program and OSHA Standards
Keep the jobsite clean and organized
Perform demolition work
Work with and care for company tools and equipment
Material handling
Perform backhoe and/or forklift operations
Assist the Superintendent and Carpenter as needed
Check in material deliveries and examine for damage
Assist Superintendent with weekly safety inspections

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED required
At least one year of commercial construction experience in the field
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Good communication skills
