Clear Coast Restoration is seeking a Construction Technician/Handyman to join our company and take care of various items on our construction projects. You will be tasked with construction related duties from finalizing project punch lists to completing smaller projects start to finish.

General Job Duties:
Support Construction Coordinators and Contractors in construction projects including the following;

Drywall
Tile
Flooring
Plumbing
Electrical
Carpentry
Hardware
Travel to various project sites to perform necessary tasks to assist in project completion.
Cleans and maintains equipment and vehicles.
Complies with federal, state, and company safety and environmental rules.
The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications:
3 plus years' experience of working as Construction Technician/Handyman or similar position.
Plumbing, Electrical, and Carpentry experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of construction principles and methods.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail.
Work independently, with minimal supervision.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with adherence to deadlines.
Communicate clearly with all departments within the company to achieve optimal results and effectiveness.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $23.00 Hour - DOE
