Description:

• Seeking a Construction Estimator who has 5 years of direct field experience
• The Estimator will be estimating for retail and commercial projects that are generally over $5 million in budget
• Day to day consists of reviewing blueprints, writing scopes of work, reaching out to sub-contractors to receive bids, meeting with project managers to go over the projects, negotiate buy-outs,
• Will be working on 1 to 3 bids at once all at different stages, so a strong ability to multi-task is required.

• Experience estimating projects in the commercial and retail space
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Experience reviewing blueprints, writing scopes of work and receiving bids
• Strong verbal and written skills, ability to communicate with clients and project managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
