Job Summary:
Responsible for gathering all relevant information to complete detailed Construction Estimates.
General Accountabilities:
Proficient at interacting with external customers in a professional manner.
Strong negotiations skills with insurance adjusters.
Ability to track financials and generate profitable estimates.
Identify and recommend upgrades.
Compile information necessary to complete a detailed estimate using Xactimate and Dash software.
Collection and storage of all job pictures and documents, both digital and hard copy.
Send, track, receive, and verify documentation and payments for each job site.
Communicate clearly with each customer to effectively address any questions, comments, or concerns the customer may have.
Remain current with all codes, designs, materials, and trends.
Communicate efficiently with applicable departments internally.
Complies with federal, state, and company safety and environmental rules.
The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in construction estimating.
Experience with both Dash and Xactimate software systems preferred.
