Responsibilities:
Perform full-function job cost accounting including accurate costing of materials and labor, monthly AIA documents, Sworn Statements, Lien Waivers and all other related backup needed for monthly billing using Computer Ease construction software.
• Job costing and analysis.
• Review and process accounts payable and purchase orders.
• Inventory analysis
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Manage corporate insurance renewal.
Requirements and Qualifications:
. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
• Superior proficiency with computerized accounting systems, spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience with Computer Ease construction accounting software a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency is required.
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
• Tax preparation a plus
