Though our office is in Benicia, CA, we are currently booked for the next three (3) year in North Bay and in South Bay in the Santa Clara area. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ability to lead others and manage crews
• Able to be certified in first aid
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)
• Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day
• General Knowledge of all construction phases

• Manage personnel effectively and efficiently
• Schedule delivery of materials and equipment
• Assist the Project Manager with schedules and job site assessments
• Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance
• Track and record all job expenses, including but not exclusively materials and hours worked
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Supervises and manages crew members
• Ensures that all crew members utilize all required personal protective equipment
• Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards
• Interacts with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction
• Supervises all crew members during the performance of all assigned work
• Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day
• Trains crew members to increase production efficiency and develop growth opportunities
• Designing and building forms
• Breaking up old concrete
• Pouring/spreading/smoothing concrete
• Molding expansion joints and edges.
• Applying waterproofing and sealant to protect the concrete work.
• Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy materials.
• Ability to measure accurately and read specifications.
