• $50,000+/year earning potential (for experienced technicians, including over time, bonus and after-hours service call pay)
• $40/hour after-hours rate with 2-hour minimum paid per call

A Commercial Service Technician is accountable for properly and safely performing the tire and related services needed for all commercial tire users. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Dismounting, mounting and inflation of commercial tires both loose and on/off vehicles.
Cleaning and maintaining service equipment
Performing roadside service calls, including 24-hour Emergency Road Service
Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs
Following all driving rules
Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements
Wearing proper PPE, using cages, and following all other safety policies and procedures
Skills/Qualifications:
Quality work with a drive to succeed
High level of energy, helpfulness, and professional integrity
Communication skills
Knowledge of tires/mechanical services
Customer Service
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Willingness to be trained and earn TIA certification
Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR, and background checks (including drug testing)
Willing to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
