Role and Responsibilities:

General repair work orders in commercial office buildings.
Building inspections.
May perform grounds/landscaping and snow removal work as needed.
Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Work with contractors, property managers and senior management to maintain facilities.
Customer service.
Rotating On-Call with on-call bonus!
