We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Foreman to join our growing team at freije in Indianapolis, IN! You will report to the Construction Operations Manager.

We have been building "uber customer centric" relationships in the construction and commercial service space across multiple markets for over 50 years.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00/hr., depending on experience

Your Responsibilities as the Commercial HVAC Foreman:

You will have the skills and passion to both lead and manage HVAC projects and contribute to the overall management and development of the organization. You will be the leader on the job site and set the right tone for our growing teams.

You will work on new construction sites, run small projects, read blueprints, and lead the team to success.

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC crews of minimum 4-5 technicians
• Order materials and necessary equipment
• Manage and control material and parts deliveries
• Control quality and layout of the onsite projects

What you will bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related Commercial HVAC service industry experience
• Knowledge of all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Knowledge and understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all commercial systems
• General knowledge in all HVAC systems, electrical, ability to read wiring diagrams
• Ability to supervise and train others
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report
