Job Description

Commercial Customer Care is a growing department of Saela. We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team at our Corporate Office in Orem, UT. In this role, you will work with customers to resolve concerns, build relationships, upsell services and products, schedule services and answer customer questions. Not only will you be able to enhance your strong communication skills, but you can take advantage of opportunities in a growing company with upbeat culture and a growth-minded atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls and speak with customers who desire to cancel their service
Proactive QA Calls
Reactivation responsibilities to reactivate customers that have previously cancelled services
Make outgoing calls to customers who desire to end their service and customers who have already cancelled service
In all situations, utilize principles of ownership to retain customers and assist those looking to restart
Provide world-class level customer advocacy in every interaction
Scheduling and routing of services
Service writing of new services
Re-Scheduling of missed services
A/R Calls if necessary

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills
1 year of call center, customer care or equivalent experience
Proficient computer/typing skills
Positive attitude and persistent work ethic
Proven team player
