Estimator Functions:

• Coordinate and plan estimating activities for bidding mid to large value projects
• Work with leadership and Project Management team on scope and reporting
• Communicate with leadership and clients through the bid and award processes
• Review and approve all documentation and changes to bid and project scope

Estimator Qualifications:

• Construction Management Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
• Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor
• Demonstrated experience on projects in the $10-30 million range.
• Extensive people skills
