Job Type: Full-time / 40+ hours per week
Salary: We offer competitive wages that are be based on skill and experience.
- Concrete Foreman: $29.00 - $32.00 (depending on experience)
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must possess a valid driver license and qualify to drive under company vehicle policy.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience. Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Concrete Foreman.
- Must possess advanced knowledge of commercial concrete construction.
- Experience managing project from beginning to end.
- Understands building codes and other design requirements.
- Must be able to read and understand plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience in planning day to day operations, as well as working with management to forecast schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with managing crews is necessary. Must be able to adapt in working with all types of individuals.

- Read, understand, and interpret plans and specifications as required and coordinate with team to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Plan and coordinate with General Superintendent and Project Manager the materials needed for scope of work.
- Plan day to day operations to forecast schedules.
- Manage job site, material, equipment, and crews.
- Maintain good communication skills with field and office personnel.
- Inspect work areas to ensure timely and successful completion of construction projects as agreed.
- Provide strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work within budget and schedule.
- Oversee, manage, and document all day-to-day job site activities.
- Responsible time tracking accuracy.
- Ensure company policy, procedures, and standards are enforced.
- Manage and mentor the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with all personnel to ensure that team efforts are maximized and the highest quality product is delivered to our customer.

- Responsible for all project safety.
- Maintain all paperwork needed for jobsite.
- Perform on-site coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of construction.
- Complete tasks/projects on time.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to include but not limited to circular saws, demolition saws, jigsaws, grinders, jack hammers, concrete saws, etc.
- Setting of concrete footing, wall, and slab forms. Ensure that forms are properly constructed for concrete pours.
- Concrete Finishing of all types of concrete structures and flatwork.
- Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand or power trowels, hand or power screeds, and floats. (Experienced in operating rider trowels preferred.)
- Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
- Diligently maintain the appearance of company equipment by keeping tools clean, handling and storing materials, and keeping trucks and trailers organized.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.
- Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be willing and able to travel to various job sites as required.
- Must be dependable. Must have regular, prompt, and reliable attendance.
- Other related duties as assigned or needed.
